The Qatar Transit e-Visa is an online visa designed especially for travelers who are going to cross the borders of Qatar on their way to another destination. If you wish to obtain this visa, you must stay at least 5 hours at the airport. It is effective for 4 days.
How to apply online for Qatar e-Visa?
You can easily apply for a Qatar visa online. The remote application should not take more than 10 minutes of your free time as it is uncomplicated and intuitive. Remember to ensure your selected electronic device is working properly – it may be a laptop, a tablet, or a smartphone.
The Qatar visa application requires you to complete these 3 steps:

IMPORTANT!
The accommodation reservation required for the Qatar e-Visa application must be booked through the official website of the Qatar Government. Other documents will not be accepted. On arrival to Qatar, you must present the customs officers with a valid passport. It must be the same document that you used for the application process, and it should remain effective for at least 6 months from the planned date of travel.

- valid Tourist or Business Visa issued by the US, UK, or Schengen Area country, used at least once

How long is the Qatar e-Visa valid?
The standard validity period for a Qatar e-Visa is 30 days. Regardless of the selected type, it is effective for a month, but you may request a visa extension. The Transit e-Visa is valid for 4 days (96 hours)
